Posting Hotel an Ad on Zikbay.com

1. Register with Zikbay

A. Click on the register

B. Fill out the information, then click create user

Note: You can register many accounts as you want but your email address can only be registered once. So each account needs a new username and email address.

C. Fill out user information, then click finish

2. Login to your account

3. Click on Post an Ad

Click Post Ad

4. Choose Travel as main category

5. Click Hotels

Click Hotels

6. Post Ad Details

A. Enter Hotel Ad Title / Hotel Name

B. Enter Overview Details

C. Enter Room Details

D. Enter Facilities Details

E. Enter Location Details

Hotel Tabs

F. Enter URL or Website Address (Need to type “http://”)

G. Enter Location Information

H. Enter Validity Period of the AD

I. Enter Room Rates

• Click New Room Button
New Room

• Enter Room Details on the Add Room Window

1. Click Free Text to enter customized room names

2. Click Predefined to choose from a predefined room names
Room Type

3. Enter duration of the validity of the rate (Click Calendar icon to show calendar)

4. Enter corresponding rates

5. Click breakfast if included (if applies)

6. Click Save

** Repeat step “h” to add more room rates

J. Add Photos (Up to 5 photos can be uploaded)

1. Click Browse to browse picture file then click upload new button.

2. Choose corresponding tab title where you want to upload picture and click the floppy icon to save

3. Click camera icon to set primary Photo
