We also recommend that you do not send money using common cash money transfer services like Western Union for example. They will not be able to recover it in case of any issues. PayPal.com has mediation procedures in case of any problems and they will not release money unless the issues are resolved. In this case the seller is verified (via bank account, credit card etc).
